DEPUTYSHIPS

Property management

When a person lacks capacity to manage more than just their day to day benefits, a property and financial affairs deputyship may be needed. ILBP can act as a professional deputy, appointed by the Court of Protection, to manage wider assets, financial decisions & property.
We work alongside families, social workers and other professionals to make sure decisions are lawful, transparent and in the person’s best interests.
